It's seven fifteen!
First day of my holiday I came home after a couple of pints and pretty much fell asleep. Being continuously woken up every few hours though is not fun and makes for a very angry Shibby! :( Just cant believe the first day of my holiday and I'm awake so damn early! Bah!
I decided to make the most of being awake by online shopping/browsing :) Always a good use of time. Especially when I have an interview on Tuesday for a teaching job in a very posh school and I've no idea what to wear. Dressing smart is still something I'm getting used to but I'm going to have to be suited and booted for this interview. I have plenty of smart trousers but I don't own one single jacket.
Topshop
This is a lovely olive colour but I do feel most comfortable in my favourite colour of blue, it is still in the maybe pile :)
Vero Moda
Just the idea of owning a tweed jacket excites me :) This is definitely on the maybe/yes pile :)

These three are lovely and I shall be paying next a visit to try them on :)
I shall leave you with these as I am taking a break for a brew and some food :)
If you have any good advice on good interview clothing please let me know as anything at all would be amazingly helpful :)

LOVE that vero moda jacket! xx
Pick something you'll be comfy in. Suits are all well and good but if you're like me and never wear them and feel very odd when you put one on, you're not going to be in the optimum frame of mind for interviewing.
maybe a button up shirt with a nice skirt would look appropriate, dressed up with some cute jewelry!

Wear something that you feel comfortable in as well as being smart. :) You'll do great - good luck tomorrow!! :)
It sounds nuts but I have gotten the most lovely barely used suits in second hand shops. They often have a great selection of interview wear. I hope everything went well!!
Thank you so much for your comment on my post about racism. It was so frustrating, but the support from all the bloggers has been an amazingly uplifting experience. I can't believe the police where you live stop people for wearing black! Thats inane!! It sucks that the world isnt equal, but I agree that people we meet can always make up for the idiots.
I have to say the Vero Moda jacket is lovely, but the blue Next ones are nice too. I tend to wear suit trousers, a shirt and a plain black cardigan but the interviews I've been going to are all for shop work so you should probably discount that advice! Any of these jackets would be perfect for an interview :) xxx
hellooo Shibs! long time no speak...anywho...the tweed jacket is extremely cool and smart at the same time. That is something I would wear for an important meeting I guess.. :)
goodluck on the interview sweetheart! xx
Twwed jackets are perfect for a teacher in a posh school! Oh my goodness, good luck!
