Vintage Fair
Firstly I'd like to thank you all for your comments on my previous post. It was a post I thought I'd get no response to but you all proved me wrong! :)
Living in the centre of town definitely has its benefits and a major one being you can head out and be right in the centre of something new and exciting in seconds, though I would argue that you can do that any where you live. The other day I chanced upon Alex's blog and she had a post about a vintage fair happening just around the corner so I thought why not go along :)

I went along with my fashion obsessed friend and I had more fun than I thought I would :) I expected there to be a lot of clothes that I wouldn't even give a second look at and it to be so crowded that I would want to leave straight away. In fact it wasn't too crowded and there were a lot of things that I wanted to take home with me, but I was good and I resisted mostly.
I came home with three pieces as I just couldn't put them down!
Firstly I spied this jumper which just screamed at me. It's my favourite colour and I've been living in jumpers recently so it was perfect :)
It was on the buy one get one free rail too so I had to find something else, there was nothing I really wanted until I spotted this :)
It's such a pretty blouse, not something I'd usually wear but it was free so I shall find a way to wear it :)
Finally I found this coat. I spotted a woman eyeing it up and I was praying she'd change her mind so I could snap it up and she did!
I just love the colour, the pattern and the slant of the buttons and even though I already have way too many coats this one is completely different to what I already have :)
Ok so girliness overload for Shibby ha!
Hope you're having a wonderful week :)

Great finds! I'm a bit of a vintage fair ignoramus, but I'm always impressed by the wonderful purchases my blogging friends do - plus cheap, it's a double winner!
Oh well I totally missed that one, didn't I?! There are loads of others in Liverpool though - a really nice one once a month at The Shipping Forecast, one at Leaf and some down at the Albert Dock too. I have various flyers floating around for them if you want dates/times?
Love your purchases, especially that gorgeous blue jumper!
i lvoe anything vintage. great finds!

That blouse is fabulous! XX
OMG that checked top!!!! LOVE!! Ugh, I can't wait to move back to a town with a town center.
I'm definitely a country mouse - if I'm going to be somewhere in seconds, I prefer it to be the middle of a forest ;) But I do love a good second-hand shopping trip... great finds!
Oh how did i miss this post!!!!
