Tea and cakes

I keep meaning to find my camera so I can start taking more photos, but every time I go to mine I look at the mess and change my mind about finding anything!  This week I've made it my mission to get my flat sorted and in order so that if I want something I can go in go to where it is and then it'll be in my hand :)  The concept is very simple the getting it done is the hard part!!!

Hopefully I'll have a new fridge this week so I can start cooking again :)  I miss cooking and just seeing what I've got in and making something up with what I have.  It's such a good creative out burst and I'm really missing it.  I dont know where I'm going to start I already have so many idea in my head!  I think I'm going to start by making pasta, oh how I've missed you pasta =)  It's definately one of my staples and I've rarely had it and it was really nice to go to an Itallian restaurant for my birthday and the pasta was cooked to perfection!  I love al dente pasta and this was like heaven in pasta form I have no idea how they got it so perfect but I enjoyed it =)  Also on my list is to make myself either a cake or some kind of tastey treat, good for snacking and sharing.

Once I'm all settled in I am definately going on a baking spree and then I shall have friends over for tea and cakes!  How grown up do I sound =)  I'm actually liking being grown up.  I do have 7months to get out any immaturity I contain before I have to be a proper serious adult ha! Seriously though my childishness will always be with me I shall just deal with things in a more adult way when required :)

I think what I've taken from this rambling post of mine is that I need to write things down more and be more organised.  I just feel like I have all these things I need to get done and want to do yet time seems to just fly away and the things I need to get done are still sitting there waiting for me!  I think the unorganised mess that is my flat really isn't helping this!
