Intelligent pints

I really enjoyed last night at the pub =)  It went on for a lot longer than I expected.  I was expecting to be home by 9:30 at the lastest but it didn't finish till about 10.  The talk was pretty good, though I missed the most interesting bit which I'm gutted about.  I was in the room for the whole talk, but after sitting there for 2hours and having 2pints (I know that's not very much in that time span and I'm very impressed with myself because I'm a fast drinker)  I was dying for a wee and just couldn't concentrate on the last part of the talk and as soon as he'd said right that's it I jumped up and ran to the toilet, HA

It was nice talking to a few new people and some old and becoming more acquainted with them :)  It was also nice being able to share the experience with my bf as we dont get to do alot together since he started his masters degree and it's gonna get worse when he starts his PhD :(  But that's how life is and he's really happy about the work he's doing and that makes me happy :)  Lets hope we find another place where we can live together so that I can still fall asleep and wake up to him =)  It's such a lovely feeling waking up next to someone makes you smile by them just being there :)

Anyway enough of the sappy love stuff :)

At the talk last night I met a woman who's a physics teacher and she got ecstatic when I said I wanted to be a teacher and she said that if I want experience I'm more than welcome to come down for a few days, food and board provided, I just need a CRB.  I was like wow thank you so much and it's so nice to hear that some one is happy that you're wanting to be a teacher makes me want to do it even more.  Now to get my CRB which will actually make it easier to get a job and will open up more jobs for me so that's on my to do list today along with a lot of other things that I keep putting off.
