Growing

A couple of weeks ago I went to visit my family for a few days.  It's nice to catch up and be spoilt for a few days before returning to my life where I have to look after myself completely.  I took quite a lot of photos whilst I was at my grandparents, it's just so beautiful and peaceful round there and I've known it since I was born and it's always nice to return.

I decided to split the photos up so that I dont have too many photos in a post.  The first thing I want to share are just a few of the things that my grandparents grow in their tiny garden :)  I'm always so impressed with what they grow in such a small place and how beautiful it all looks.  It's such a good inspiration to start growing my own veg, cant wait to have some kind of outside space!

 Apples :)

Fresh patch of soil which grew all of these!

Lots and lots of onions!

My grandma turned these beetroots into a soup which we ate only hours later :)

Delicious soup! :)

 Baby cucumbers =)

This is just a tiny percentage of the photos I want to share so lots more posts filled with pretty photos to come!

My best mate Moya has a massive vegetable garden, and I'm always jealous! Looks lovely!

wow what a lot of onions! thisyear i've grown courgettes, tomatoes & strawberries and my boyfriend grew some carrots and beetroot too, it's so rewarding growing your own things.

I love gardens... but I always fail when I attempt to grow something. :/
I can only keep cacti... XP

I think it's wonderful to be able to eat something you've grown! I should start growing vegetables!
