Happy happy fun fun fun

I'm up before everyone else again so I thought I'd get a post in before everyone wakes up :)

I dont think I could have planned a better christmas =)  It was so amazing.  The food was delicious my aunt made it all, I helped with the stuffing we made a whole washing up bowl of the stuff!!!!!!!  We didn't eat it all yesterday she has to take it round to all her siblings :)  But she's a vegitarian yet she made the turkey and the stuffing but didn't eat it and the turkey was wow that's the only word I can think of to use =)  It was delicious!!!  My brother being the only guy there for the day cut the turkey and the gave himself a leg and ahuge chunk of meat!!!!  We all had a plate with literally a mound of food on it,  I was impressed by my bro leaving only a few bits of veg after that much meat but I was more impressed by geraldine who had come from her dads and had already had her dinner there yet maybe an hour later she cleared her plate here!!!!!!   I guess she's young and her metabolism is alot faster.

It was a random mismatch of people here.  There was my mum and bro, my aunt, my aunts gf mu and her daughter (who's the one that ate loads) and mu's best friend from france and her daughter.   It was strange because they dont speak much english so half the table was french and half the table was english :)  My aunt's got two sons who would usually be here too but one of them is in dubai this year with his gf, so basically he's sunning himself whilst we're all cold and my other cousin is a fireman and he was on call.  It's really cool having a fireman in the house when his beeper goes off he's out the house in two seconds!!!!  It's really impressive.  Just to clarify yes my aunt has two sons and yes she is a lesbian, she was married and then he buggered off and now she's into women and I love her gf she's awesome and she also has a daughter =)  See it's strange but I wouldn't have it any other way =)

As the day progressed more drinking occured and mu got more and more drunk which is always hilarious =)  She's french so when she's singing along to things it's so funny.  My bro got a guitar out and we were all sat around him whilst he played and we sang along fun fun.  The christmas cake had a whole bottle of rum in it!!!!!  My mum never drinks so after one piece of cake she became alot more lively which was nice because she spent most of the day on her own with her head in a book.  She's not one for social situations and we haven't spoken properly since I can remember but we dot on alot more than we have done in what seems like forever.  It's a nice start and it's nice to see it moving forwards :)

We were just constantly laughing and joking and generally having fun yesterday it was amazing =)  It was so nice to hear how much mu and her daughter liked us all.  Towards the end of the night mu was sat next to me, she'd had alot to drink, and she was tellin gme how much she loved me and how nice I am =)  Something that's always nice to hear.  She was a bit upset by mine and my mums relationshipas her and her daughter are best friends and me and my mum hardly talk, but everyone's different.  I think she just wanted to tell me what she felt, she is french! =)  hahahahahah she's a french teacher and she was telling us about time's she's gotten really angry towards a class and once she got so mad her dress fell down!!!!!!!  Can you imagine that, your french teacher has got angry at your class and she's ranting away and her dress falls down!!!  Brilliant!  To say that she carries on teaching after that is amazing really, I dont know what I'd do in that situation but I know from now on I'm making sure my clothes cant fall down ha!!

The dogs enjoyed yesterday too :)  They got lots and lots of lefft overs since we got given a huge breakfast to begin with.  Seriously I felt like my aunt thought I was starving or something, it's an irish thing you get given more food than you could possibly eat as then you'll never be hungry, but I got given 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, a piece of fried bread, fried tomatoes and mushrooms and beans!!!!!!!!!   I felt like it was a never ending food pile at one point and then I felt the same with dinner =)  ah food and merriment you cant beat it when you're round your family having fun =)

Today we're eating at the french's house (we call mu the french since she's french and she definately acts it!) so I'm looking forard to whatever gets put on my plate today :)   Later we're going round to my uncle's house who I've not seen in years I've been dead excited about seeing my cousins since my aunt mentioned it, I've not seen them in years and we used to be realy close so it's going to be awesome!!!!!!!

Happy happy fun fun fun is the only way I can describe how I feel now and how yesterday went =)  I hope you had as much fun as I did yesterday =)   Enjoy whatever it is you're doing today and just live to enjoy the moment as life's too short for anything else =)
