Crazy fun

Today was another random weird day, this is the only way I can think to describe it really.  Flat hunting in the morning didn't go well at all but we have more viewings booked so fingers crossed :)

I was in another school today, it's renouned for being badly behaved so I was a little worried. We got there and sat in the reception waiting, I started to get the feeling of this feels like last time when we turned up for nothing.  Eventually the teacher comes down and apologises for being late.  Then I realised he was the typical dosey physicist, there's a general rule with physicist they're quite bad with common sense and remember days etc  So he says to us 'oh I thought you were coming on Thursday' (feels like of those moments where you put your head in your hands) I just went 'but it's Thursday' hahahahahahaha then the next twist in the tale arrives.  At this point I look at the person I'm working with like this isn't going to go well haha  We thought that the class ended at half past turns out it ends on the hour so we had to hit a 50min talk into 20mins!!!!!  Was crazy crazy cazy!!!!!  We just started franticly trying to figure out what to do so we just decided and got on with it =)  It was very daunting walking into a classroom and 29boys turn round and stare at you.  Was so much fun though, they were so noisey and we were rushing like mad but they were interested and at one point the were shouting at each other to shut up.  Was such an amazing feeling to know that they were wanting to listen to us =)  I loved every minute from the moment we started.  There was a kid sat on the table right next to me and he was making comments all the way through and I was trying so hard not to laugh =)  I think as long as you have confidence and you can tell them to be quiet it's fine so glad I've chosen to do teaching yayayayayayayay

Tired now though and I'm off out to a mates as he's cooking us tea :)  I feel quite grown up working in a school and going for dinner at a friends =)
